When: Enter early! ENTER NOW! We will draw a winner each day for 12 days, starting May 20th, 2024 through May 31st, 2024. All winners will be notified by the email provided and must respond with their prize choice within 24 hours to secure that prize.
What: Click on the prizes above to see more information on each prize. To put a different spin on things, we’re letting winners CHOOSE which prize they want. That’s right, the earlier you enter, the better chance you have at picking the prize you covet the most. Once a prize has been picked, you’ll only be able to choose from what’s left (meaning the last winner won’t get to choose, but will still get a fabulous prize mailed to them).

- The B Squared Media, LLC 12 Days of Birthday Giveaways 2024 is a prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) open to people aged 21 and over, who live within the contiguous United States, and who provide their email address on the B Squared Media, LLC 12 Days of Birthday Giveaways 2024 (https://bsquared.media/12th-birthday).
- The B Squared Media, LLC team members or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
- Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from B Squared Media, LLC containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
- To enter the Prize Draw you must enter the on the B Squared Media, LLC 12 Days of Birthday Giveaways 2024 landing page (https://bsquared.media/12th-birthday) and submit your name and email address. A double-opt in email will be sent once your email is submitted to protect from spam. You must confirm and double-opt in to be entered to win. No purchase is necessary. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us at marketing@bsquared.media with “B Squared Media 12 Days of Birthday Giveaways” in the subject line.
- Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
- B Squared Media, LLC accepts no responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by B Squared Media, LLC.
- The closing date of the Prize Draw is 11:59 PM ET on May 17th, 2024. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
- One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place each day starting on May 6th, 2024 and through May 17th, 2024.
- The winner will receive the option to choose one (1) of any of the twelve (12), or remaining, items.
- B Squared Media, LLC accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
- The winner will be notified by email on or before May 18th, 2024 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to B Squared Media, LLC within seven (7) days of being notified by B Squared Media, LLC, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and B Squared Media, LLC shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within seven (7) days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and B Squared Media, LLC shall be entitled to select another winner.
- The prize will be sent to the winner by B Squared Media, LLC by U.S. postal service.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- B Squared Media, LLC retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
- The winner may be required to take part in activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on B Squared Media, LLC’s reasonable request (specific to prizes like a meeting with Brooke Sellas of B Squared Media, LLC). The winner consents to the use by B Squared Media, LLC, both before and after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by B Squared Media, LLC) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same.
- B Squared Media, LLC shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in paragraph 12 above.
- B Squared Media, LLC accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. B Squared Media, LLC further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of B Squared Media, LLC for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
- B Squared Media, LLC reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of B Squared Media, LLC in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- B Squared Media, LLC shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
- The Prize Draw will be governed by United States law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. courts.
