If you haven’t heard by now we’ll sing it from the mountain tops one more time: Mark Schaefer joins B Squared Media as our Chief Operating Officer!
We announced this exciting news on May 19th. And since then, Mark and I have been having a ton of wonderful conversations with more than a few marketing geniuses about what we’re up to and what our plans are.

As you can probably tell by ALL THE THINGS, we’re giddy about working together. Mark and I have been friends and have worked on various projects together for over six years now. It felt like this was the logical next step for both of us.

Yep. We even released an “old fashioned” press release. If you didn’t see it on the wires, here it is for public consumption.
As Mark stated so eloquently on his own blog announcement, Mark is excited to “build something bold and new” with us.
Specifically, we are focusing on our three main services with a special focus on our Online Customer Care solutions, which take a social-first approach to customer service.
Finally, Mark and I will be doing more videos, webinars, and generally making ourselves available online and elsewhere to share our combined knowledge of how the most human companies are winning.
