Advertising Manager

B Squared Media, LLC is looking for an Advertising Manager. With this position, you will join a team of experts in digital strategy and development. You will be fully responsible for the execution of paid media campaigns for our projects across both social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and search (Google, Bing, Amazon, etc.) platforms. Additionally, you’ll provide support across a range of digital marketing deliverables, including paid media planning, campaign set-up, campaign monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting. This is a remote, 1099 contract position to be paid hourly, by project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute paid advertising campaigns and optimize each to meet project objectives, including-click-through rate, engagement, and conversion
  • Manage the entire marketing deliverable cycle including initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and dashboards, as well as recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies
    Maintain an understanding of industry trends and provide relevant insights to teams as to how they might affect project accounts
  • Provide timely updates to Advertising Project Manager on each account’s health and raise concerns about downward trends and any project flags


  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with optimization of paid media campaigns to achieve objectives
  • Extensive knowledge of paid search platforms and optimization tactics on Google, Bing, etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics (certification a must)
  • Experience creating reports and recommendations based on account performance
  • Extremely data and detail oriented
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, especially under tight deadlines
  • Organized and efficient with a quick turnaround; meets or exceeds deadlines
  • Uses utmost respect and professionalism with all project communications
  • A knack for research
  • Detail oriented with excellent grammar and spelling
  • Strong awareness of brand positioning and messaging
  • Must be a flexible and a strong team player; your personality thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and culture
  • Willingness to work during nonstandard business hours
  • Agency experience preferred


  • Google Advertising and/or Analytics certification (current)
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields
  • Remote/telecommute work experience a plus
